Created for the director of a museum of natural history, this piece is about whales, good friends, and enjoying nature. As part of his work at the museum, the owner of this pot led a crew in recovering the skeleton of a Minke whale whose body had ended up nearby . . . hence the name of the pot. Looking it over, you'll find a breaching Humpback whale, otters, White pelicans, Turkey Vultures, a Peregrine Falcon, two kayakers, and the above mentioned Minke.
